How do I use the Treefort KYC On-Demand concierge service? All you do is click on the link provided on your member page, fill out the form and let the Treefort Team take care of ensuring that your client completes the easy 5 minute, or less, process. Your client will also be completely supported by the Treefort team if they require any assistance. When your client has completed the IDV the Treefort Team will share with you a comprehensive Treefort report that provides information related to FINTRAC compliance (ie have they been identified in accordance with Society/FINTRAC rules), any fraud related flags found and anti-money laundering risks discovered.
